Leadership and Self Deception
I was totally caught off guard by the book, Leadership and Self Deception. After only one reading, I consider it indispensable for everyone in any business, church or other organization from the top management on down. It gives us insights as to the true source of conflicts we have with others that impacts everything from poor performance at work to tension at home. This source is quite often invisible and unknown to us because we are self deceived in our own perceptions, but it is critical that we understand it and know what to do about it - especially if your are one who thinks "it probably doesn't apply to me"!

After being recommended this book on several occasions by one of my mentors, I finally settled in and got it on audible. I started on a Thursday and was finished by Monday. That's the beauty of audible. It is about the only way that I can get through a book from cover to cover because I listen to it while doing other things that don't distract me from hearing it. This book is one that I will likely get next on Kindle so that I can have a copy to also read and study and review in the future.
